To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release Crystal Aroma and all associates of the Crystal Aroma business from any liabilities that may arise from your involvement in the reading.

You understand that Crystal Aroma, during the reading, is not offering any guidance, advice, or directions regarding the decisions you should make (or actions you should take), and you acknowledge that you will not depend on any personal insights or opinions that Crystal Aroma shares with you throughout the reading.
 
Both parties, including Crystal Aroma, recognize that the advice provided during your Psychic Reading are to be kept confidential. It is understood that this confidentiality will be maintained unless explicit consent is given by one party to the other to share information. Furthermore, you commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all other aspects related to your booking and reading. Disclosure of any confidential information is permitted solely when mandated by law or for the purpose of obtaining professional legal guidance (that adheres to confidentiality requirements).

You agree not to make or authorise any remarks or statements that could disparage, slander, or have a detrimental impact on us, Kirsty, or Ronwyn's reputation (this includes any negative or misleading comments about the content of the reading).
Additionally, you consent to refrain from making any false or misleading statements, or untruthful comments about your reading or Crystal Aroma, Kirsty and Ronwyn. Should you wish to communicate or reveal your reading experience (or related matters) to any media representatives, networks, or publishers, you must first secure our written permission, which we reserve the right to withhold at our sole discretion.

Should any section of these booking Terms and Conditions be deemed invalid by a qualified legal authority, then the remaining terms will either be interpreted accordingly or treated as if that section was omitted, while all other provisions continue to be effective.
