Keep away from pets, children and flammable items when in use. Use in a well ventilated area.
Using direct flame, light the end of the Smudge Stick or Palo Santo until the stick begins to produce smoke. Spending 5-10mins, walk through your space whilst gently waving the stick through the air. To extinguish the flame, dip the lit end of the smudge stick into water or sand. Once dried, the smudge stick can be re-lit for future smudging sessions.
